How to use view switchers, manage timetable statuses, and print schedules

Manage Timetable Lifecycle Status

Progress timetables from Draft to Published

Open Timetables Page

On the Timetables Page, track your timetable status. Status progresses from DRAFT (initial state) to GENERATED (solver complete) to PUBLISHED (active schedule).

Active for institutional view

💡 Only GENERATED or PUBLISHED timetables can be opened in the detail viewer.

Use Grid View Switchers

Filter grid display by Cohort, Teacher, or Master Grid

Open Timetables Detail Page

Inside the timetable detail view, use the view selector dropdowns to switch between Master Institutional Grid, Specific Cohort View, or Teacher View.

Print Schedules to Paper or PDF

Use the built-in print command for document output

Open Timetables Detail Page

Click the 'Print Schedule' button in the timetable toolbar. The app opens your browser's native print interface, formatted for landscape printing or saving directly to PDF.
