1. Acceptance & Institutional Authorization

By registering an account, configuring an organization, or utilizing the timetable solver, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the necessary authority to bind the educational institution or school district on whose behalf you register.

2. Intellectual Property & School Data Ownership

We firmly uphold institutional data sovereignty:

• School Ownership: Your institution retains sole, exclusive ownership of all uploaded curriculum records, teacher rosters, classroom allocations, constraint specifications, and generated timetable schedules.
• No Data Reselling or Training: Auto Timetable Generator never sells, licenses, or monetizes school data to third parties, nor do we use institutional rosters to train public foundational AI models.
• Our Software: Auto Timetable Generator Technologies retains all intellectual property rights, trademarks, algorithms, codebases, and interface designs comprising the scheduling service.

3. Subscription, Billing & Renewals

Paid plans are billed through our authorized global payment processor, Dodo Payments:

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected upon checkout. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise specified.
• Zero Hidden Surcharges: Stated prices include cloud solver compute, daily automated backups, and unlimited schedule exports. We do not assess per-student surcharges or hidden infrastructure fees.
• Cancellation: Administrators may cancel renewals at any time from the billing settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, paid access continues uninterrupted until the conclusion of the active billing period.
• Refunds: All initial paid subscriptions are backed by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service Level & Availability (99.9% Uptime)

We maintain a 99.9% target uptime SLA for our core application and scheduling engine. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during low-traffic off-peak hours with prior administrative notification.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Administrators and users agree not to:

• Upload malicious payloads, reverse engineer the solver algorithm, or attempt unauthorized penetration testing against our cloud infrastructure.
• Circumvent subscription tier limits or quota controls via automated script abuse.
• Upload sensitive student personal identification numbers, health records, or unauthorized minor PII.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Auto Timetable Generator provides an advanced computational solver to assist academic scheduling committees. While our engine detects constraint conflicts with mathematical rigor, final verification of schedule suitability rests with institutional leadership. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Timetable Generator Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from institutional implementation.
