Auto Timetable Generator acts as the Data Controller. We process your data based on contract fulfillment (providing the service) and legitimate interest (security and product improvement).

We collect your name, email, and authentication data (via Google or email/password) when you register. We also collect IP addresses and usage logs for security.

We use trusted partners to provide our service: Vercel (Hosting), AWS (Timetable Generation Engine), Neon (Database), Dodo Payments (Payments), and Brevo/Zoho (Email).

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only deployed if you explicitly consent via our cookie banner.

Your data is hosted in AWS us-east-1 and Neon databases. We ensure standard contractual clauses (SCCs) are in place for any data transferred outside the EU/EEA.

You have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your data. For any data subject requests, please email contact@autotimetablegen.com.

You are responsible for securing your account credentials. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the timetable generation engine.

Auto Timetable Generator is provided 'as is'. We strive for high availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to the computationally heavy nature of schedule generation.

You retain all rights to the institutional data (teachers, subjects, cohorts) you input. We do not use your proprietary schedule data for any purpose other than generating your timetables.

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service updates. Marketing communications require your explicit opt-in consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse system resources. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
